一、用途：
镜片耐磨试验机主要是检测镜片的表面质量，要求以钢丝绒或铅笔依据有关标准摩擦镜片表面，观察镜片的耐摩擦程度。
二、依据标准
本仪器设计标准符合QB2682：2005 、QB2702：2005、ISO8980.4、ISO8980.5等
三、操作说明：
1. 请注意机台之电压，选择与机台相同电压之插座，将电源插上。
2. 将所需测试之镜片固定夹具位置，其夹具旋转把手，左旋转为锁紧，右旋转为放松。
3. 平行调整：未放置重量块前先将水准调整块调整至水准的位置。
4. 调整重量块与钢丝绒或测试铅笔之高度：
(1) 将重量块之高度调整，调整块至与後面8mm轴心平行或高一点，不让重量块碰触到轴心即可。
(2) 如欲以铅笔测试，如下图：将钢丝绒固定块内之螺丝拆掉将固定块拿下，再将测试铅笔装上即可。
1. 将电源开关转至ON位置开启电源。
2. 设置记数器之次数。
3. 按启动开关。
4. 如欲再重复测试，则按归零键，再按启动开关。

Operation instructions:
Please pay attention to the voltage of the machine, choose the plug of the same voltage as the machine, and plug it in.

Parallel adjustment: adjust the level to the level before placing the weight.
Adjust weight and steel wool or test pencil height:
(1) adjust the height of the weight and adjust the block to parallel or higher in the following 8mm axis, not to allow the weight to touch the axis.
(2) if you want to test with a pencil, the following picture: remove the screw from the steel velvet block and remove the fixture and then install the test pencil.
Switch the power switch to the ON position to turn ON the power.
Set up the counter.
Press the start switch.
If you want to repeat the test, press the zero button and press the start switch.
